Jonathan Sexton guided Leinster into a European Champions Cup final against Saracens after defending champions Leinster registered an impressive 30-12 victory over Toulouse at the Aviva Stadium.

Leinster outscored Toulouse three tries to none on Sunday as the French league leaders had just four penalties to show for their efforts.

Toulouse's points came courtesy of three penalties from Young full-back Thomas Ramos while Romain Ntamack landed one penalty.

Leinster will now face Saracens in next month's showpiece final in Newcastle. Leinster won the trophy last season and Saracens the lifted it the two seasons before that.
