Ireland have confirmed their lineup for the Six Nations clash against England in Twickenham, with Jack Crowley handed his first start of the championship in a reshuffled side.

Jack Crowley Ireland Fly-Half Selection

Crowley replaces Sam Prendergast at fly-half, while Ciarán Frawley is named among the replacements as cover in the position. The change marks Crowley’s first start of this year’s tournament after featuring from the bench in earlier rounds.

Head coach Andy Farrell said matches between the two teams have been closely contested in recent seasons and emphasised the importance of delivering a complete performance in London.

“Games between the two sides have been nip and tuck over recent times and there’s great familiarity and respect across both camps,” said Farrel.

“We know their strengths and our aim is to deliver the best version of ourselves to put us in a position to get the performance that we want.

“Backed by thousands of travelling Irish supporters who travel from all over the world whenever we play in Twickenham, it will be another special occasion and a challenge we’re excited to face.”

Ireland Team Changes For England Match

Ireland make five changes from the side that defeated Italy. Tadhg Beirne and Josh van der Flier return to the starting XV and join captain Caelan Doris in the back row. James Ryan partners Joe McCarthy in the second row.

At scrum-half, Jamison Gibson-Park comes into the starting lineup after an influential substitute appearance in the previous match. In the front row, Tadhg Furlong starts his first Six Nations game since 2024, with Tom O’Toole and Finlay Bealham included among the replacements.
