Ireland ran a nine try riot at Red Bull Arena on Saturday as they completed a 19-55 win over United States of America.

Keith Earls (2' and 18'), Jacob Stockdale (14'), Niall Scannell (30') and Kieran Marmion (35') were the try scorers in the first half for Ireland with fly-half Joey Carbery adding conversions only one two occasions as they raced to 29 points at the end of the first half.

USA's only response in the first half came from Nick Civetta as he crossed over in the 19th minute and after a conversion from Aj MacGinty, they trailed by 22 points at half time mark.

Even though, USA showed more intent with John Quill and Ryan Matyas going past the line in the third quarter, Ireland looked relentless in their attack with Jack Conan, James Ryan, Luke McGrath and Simon Zebo all scoring tries in the second half to complete a convincing 19-55 win for the visitors.

Ireland will now face Japan in a two-match Test series to be played on 17th and 24th June at Ecopa Stadium and Ajinomoto Stadium respectively.
