Ireland call-up uncapped Tom Stewart to Six Nations squad

Ireland have called up uncapped Ulster hooker Tom Stewart in the squad for the upcoming Six Nations opener against Wales.

The 22-year-old will provide cover to Ronan Kelleher, who is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Having made his Ulster debut in 2021, Stewart has also played for Ireland Under 20 side and the Ireland A side for the game against All Blacks XV in November.

Following the game against Wales, Ireland will host France on 11th February following which they will have an away game against Italy in the third round.
