I am five to six weeks away from returning to action - Chris Robshaw

Former England captain Chris Robshaw revealed that he is five to six weeks away from returning back to action after he was ruled out of the Six Nations 2017 tournament with a shoulder injury.

The 30-year-old sustained the injury during Harlequins defeat to Worcester Warriors on New Year's day and was forced to undergo shoulder surgery.

"I came out of sling this week. I'm still five to six weeks away but I am moving in right direction," Robshaw was speaking on BT Sport's Rugby Tonight.

"Whenever you are injured, you have good and bad days.

"You end up doing every day phsyios and rehabs, probably more of boring stuff. At the moment I am ok but as games and time goes on, I will feel more frustrated."

Rugby Tonight is BT Sport’s weekly rugby show and airs every Wednesday at 8pm exclusively live on BT Sport.
