Scotland stunned Eddie Jones’s side as Huw Jones' brace helped Scotland to its first Calcutta Cup victory in 10 years by beating England 25-13 at Murrayfield on Saturday.

England showcased disastrous discipline conceding 13 penalties, turnovers and a sin-bin of Sam Underhill on the 65th minute.

Three first-half tries, including a double from Jones, laid the foundations for the historic Scottish victory.

Greig Laidlaw’s right boot got the first points on the board for the hosts after the visitors were penalised for not releasing the ball. However, Owen Farrell managed to level the scoreline on the 14th minute with a penalty kick after the Scots were penalized for the same offense.

A few minutes later, Huw Jones seized on an opportunity developed by a shambolic bit of defending by England and stormed over the line to score the first try of the match on the 16th minute. Laidlaw's conversion handed a vital seven-point lead to the hosts in front of enthusiastic Murrayfield crowd.

Farrell amidst heavy jeers managed to slot a 32m kick to reduce the difference to four points a couple of minutes after Jones' try.

Following a slick break by the Scots, Sean Maitland scored the second try for the hosts on the 32nd minute. Laidlaw’s conversion fell short.

On the 38th minute, Huw Jones flew past Courtney Lawes and Farrell to touch down for the third try of the half for the hosts. Laidlaw's conversion gave a staggering 16 points lead to the hosts at the half-time interval.

England came out in the second-half with an early intention to counterattack. Farrell latched on to a lovely pass on the 44th minute and followed up with an equally good kick to reduce the deficit down to nine points.

A Courtney Lawes knock-on led to Nigel Owens disallowing a try to England on the 54th minute as England continued to search for the nine points.

What can only be described as "ultimately stupid" no-arms challenge by Underhill on Jamie Bhatti on the 66th minute as England lost a man to sin-bin. Finn Russell in Laidlaw's absence kicked the three-pointer to increase their lead to 12 points.

In the concluding stages, nothing went in favor of the visitors as in front of an absolutely rocking Murrayfield singing a rousing rendition of the Flower of Scotland, the hosts grabbed victory in the Calcutta Cup.
