Harlequins have confirmed centre Harry Sloan will leave the Aviva Premiership club at the end of the ongoing season.

Sloan joined the Harlequins Academy at the age of 15 and made his debut with the senior side in 2012 and has made 30 appearances for the club since then. His success in the 2015/16 season saw him win the Young Player of the Season Award.

The 23-year-old was also part of England Under 20 side between 2012 and 2014 and have won 2013 Six Nations Under 20 Championship along with two consecutive Under 20 World Cup titles.

"Harry has made a notable contribution since he graduated from the academy," director of rugby John Kingston said.

"His energy and determination will be missed at the club but we wish him every success with his next move."

Sloan will now join Ealing Trailfinders next season after signing a two-year contract with the RFU Championship side.

“I am very happy and excited to be joining Ealing Trailfinders next year," he said.

"They play a great brand of rugby and are a very ambitious club.”
