England coach Eddie Jones has recalled Saracens hooker Jamie George in the squad for the upcoming autumn internationals.

George, who was part of England's side that reached the final of the 2019 World Cup was not named in the original squad by Jones but now makes a comeback following injury to Exeter Chiefs' Luke Cowan-Dickie that he sustained during the game against Wasps.

“Luke Cowan-Dickie has withdrawn from the England squad for the Autumn Nations Series with an ankle injury sustained in Exeter Chiefs’ game against Wasps at the weekend," read a statement from the Rugby Football Union.

“Eddie Jones has called up Saracens hooker Jamie George to the squad, which will meet on Monday to travel to Jersey for a five-day training camp as they prepare for the fixtures."

The squad will travel to Jersey for a five-day training camp as they face Tonga, Australia and South Africa in the autumn international series on 6th, 13th and 20th November respectively.
