Wales and Cardiff centre Willis Halaholo is set to be on the sidelines for the remainder of the season due to a hamstring injury.
Halaholo sustained the injury during Cardiff's last weekend encounter against Glasgow Warriors where he was one of the try-scorer helping his side edge out to a 32-28 win.
"Just can’t catch a break this season," he posted on his official Twitter account.
"One of the toughest parts about pro sport [especially] mentally. . .season pretty much over picking up an injury last week against Glasgow. . .back on the mend and support my @Cardiff_Rugby brothers."
The 31-year-old signed a long-term deal with Cardiff Rugby in February 2021 and has featured in 10 Tests for Wales including a solitary appearance in this year's Six Nations.
Cardiff currently are at 13th position in the United Rugby Championship table with 23 points.
