New Zealand winger Will Jordan becomes the latest player to be withdrawn from the squad ahead of the series opener against Ireland due to Covid-19.

Jordan has been in prolific form scoring 17 tries from 13 games for the All Blacks apart from another 10 touchdowns for Crusaders in their title winning Super Rugby Pacific campaign.

He now becomes the third player to be withdrawn from the squad after David Havili and Jack Goodhue and will undergo a seven-day home quarantine according to New Zealand government regulations.

Earlier, All Blacks head coach Ian Foster along with assistants John Plumtree and Scott McLeod have also tested positive for the Covid-19 which meant Greg Feek and Brad Mooar will be in charge of the side and will be assisted by former Ireland coach Joe Schmidt in their preparations.

Playmaker Richie Mo'unga also missed the training session due to a stomach bug but has not been tested positive for the virus.

The three-game Test series between New Zealand and Ireland will be played on 2nd, 9th and 16th July.
