Rising Wallaroos flyhalf Faitala Moleka has re-signed with Rugby Australia, committing her future to the national women’s program ahead of the 2026 Test season.

Moleka joins forwards Martha Fua and Allana Sikimeti, along with winger Biola Dawa, in recommitting to the Wallaroos setup.

The quartet are the latest players to extend their involvement with the Wallaroos as preparations continue for an expanded 2026 international calendar, which will include tours of the United States and Europe.

Moleka was a central figure during the 2025 Rugby World Cup, starting at flyhalf in every match.

She reached her 25th Test appearance milestone during the tournament and has since added to her cap tally. Still only 20, she made her Wallaroos debut in 2023 as a teenager and remains one of the youngest regular internationals in Australian women’s rugby.

Wallaroos management highlighted Moleka’s rapid development and growing influence, describing her as a key player for the future of the national side.

Prop Fua, who represents Western Sydney, earned her first Wallaroos cap earlier this year against Fijiana in Suva. A former sevens player, she has transitioned successfully into the XVs game through the ACT Brumbies pathway. While she narrowly missed selection for the World Cup squad, officials remain confident in her long-term potential.

Dawa continues to be recognised for her impact on and off the field. In 2024, she became the first player of Sudanese heritage to represent Australia in Test rugby.

Born in a refugee camp in Uganda, Dawa later moved to Wagga Wagga with her family after fleeing violence, and her journey has been widely seen as a powerful symbol of diversity within Australian rugby.
