TRU Talks: Nikki Cowell - Looseheadz and Sale 1861

Nikki Cowell is one of the leading ambassadors for the charity Looseheadz, which aims to use rugby as a platform to increase awareness of mental health.

Chris Heal and Joe Harvey spoke to the current Sale FC 1861 player about her involvement with the foundation and also her ambitions in the game.
