South Africa to face Argentina in Rugby Championship opener

SANZAAR have unveiled the fixtures for the Rugby Championship tournament which will kick-off on 7th November in Brisbane.

The opening round will see South Africa facing Argentina on 7th November at Lang Park in Brisbane and later in the day Australia will lock horns with New Zealand.

The second round will be played at Western Sydney Stadium with New Zealand facing Argentina and South Africa taking on Australia on 14th November and seven days later the teams will assemble at Stadium Australia with the All Blacks facing Springboks and the Wallabies taking on Argentina.

The fourth round will be played on 28th November at Newcastle International Sports Centre which will be the reverse fixture for Round 3.

Australia play New Zealand in the final round at Stadium Australia, the last of the four Bledisloe Cup matches with the opening two games of the series played in Wellington and Auckland on 11th and 18th October respectively.
