Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend has added six players to the autumn internationals squad ahead of the upcoming clash against Fiji at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Glasgow Warriors quartet Adam Ashe (back-row), Scott Cummings (lock), Nick Grigg (centre) and Stuart Hogg (full-back) all return to the squad alongside Premiership bound duo Josh Strauss (Sale Sharks back-row) and Duncan Weir (Worcester Warriors stand-off).
The decision to add the players comes after Blade Thomson and James Lang sustained head and rib injuries during their stint with the club while Leicester Tigers' David Denton and Edinburgh's Matt Scott are continuing their rehabilitation after suffering head injuries.
Meanwhile, Edinburgh trio Ross Ford (hooker), Henry Pyrgos (scrum-half) and Dougie Fife (wing) have all been released to the club.
Scotland started their November series campaign with a 21-10 defeat against Wales and will face Fiji, South Africa and Argentina in the remainder of the campaign with all the games played at BT Murrayfield Stadium.
