England will miss the services of Ollie Lawrence for the upcoming Autumn Nations Cup game against Wales following a hip injury.

Lawrence, who has played three Tests for the red rose team was replaced in the 69th minute during the game against Ireland and is now rested for the encounter against Wayne Pivac's men.

Northampton full-back George Furbank and Wasps fly-half Jacob Umaga are left out of selection due to injuries while Jack Willis makes a return after missing the game against Ireland.

Anthony Watson and Luke Cowan-Dickie are also part of the squad after making recovery from ankle and knee injuries respectively.

“Ollie has a little niggle around his abductor and hip area, nothing major but it is a niggle that is concerning him,” defence coach John Mitchell said.

“Ollie has huge potential as a centre. He is very talented in terms of running onto the ball and he has got exceptional ability to line break.”

England currently are at the top of the Group A in the ongoing Autumn Nations Cup after beating Georgia and Ireland in the opening two rounds.
