Ireland have added Mack Hansen and Darragh Murray to their squad ahead of Saturday’s clash with Australia in Dublin.

Hansen returns after a foot injury, while Murray joins as fresh cover.

Meanwhile, full-back Jamie Osborne has been ruled out of the remainder of the autumn internationals due to a shoulder injury sustained against Japan.

Hansen, who has been recovering from his foot issue, “continues to make positive strides in his rehabilitation” and is available for selection. Murray has earned two caps for Ireland during the summer tour.

In addition, centre Garry Ringrose and flanker Josh van der Flier are both doubts for the Australia match after hamstring complaints.

Centre Stuart McCloskey is expected to train fully this week after missing the Japan game with an adductor issue.

Ireland will name the match-day squad later this week as they look to build on their earlier autumn results. Following the game against Australia this weekend, Ireland will conclude their autumn internationals with a clash against the World Champions South Africa on 22nd November.
