England coach Eddie Jones has had discussions with Racing 92 according to reports in French media.
Racing has been looking for a new head coach to replace Laurent Travers, who is set to become the club's president taking over from owner Jacky Lorenzetti.
The French club already had announced the appointment of Rory Teague as new attack coach while forward coach Dimitri Szarzewski has also signed a new contract.
Midi Olympique had reported that Racing and Jones had discussions but an outcome has not been reached.
The Australian is contracted to the Rugby Football Union until 2023 World Cup but has been under pressure following England's performance in the recently concluded Six Nations.
Nevertheless, the England board continued to back Jones to guide the team through to the showpiece event in France next year.
