Date announced for 2024/25 Champions and Challenge Cup tournaments draws

The European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) announced that the draws for the Investec Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup will be taking place on 2nd July.

The news follows the announcement that Cardiff’s Principality Stadium will be hosting the Challenge Cup final on 23rd May next year with the Champions Cup final scheduled on 24th May.

The Challenge Cup final has been held in Cardiff twice before, in 2011 and 2014, but 2025 will be the first time both Cardiff finals take place at the same venue. Tickets for the matches are now available on EPCRugby.com.

The 2024/25 Investec Champions Cup and EPCR Challenge Cup tournaments will maintain the same pool stage format as last season. The competitions will begin in December with two consecutive rounds, followed by Rounds 3 and 4 on consecutive weekends in January 2025.

The pool draws for the 2024/25 tournaments are scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, in Cardiff and will be live-streamed on EPCRugby.com.
