Connacht Rugby has officially announced a series of player departures as the club prepares for the upcoming 2025 season.

Notable Departures
JJ Hanrahan: The experienced fly-half will be joining Munster ahead of the new season.
Andrew Smith: The winger is also set to make the move to Munster.
Adam McBurney: The hooker was granted an early release from his contract during the season to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
John Porch: The versatile back was also released early to take up a new playing opportunity.
Santiago Cordero: The Argentine international joined Connacht in 2023 and made 20 appearances after recovering from a knee injury.
Conor Oliver: Since joining in 2020, the flanker has made 95 appearances and scored 10 tries.
Piers O’Conor: After 17 caps and 3 tries since signing from Bristol last year, O’Conor has accepted a playing opportunity elsewhere.
