Cardiff Rugby veteran Josh McNally praised his team’s resilience and unity after the club secured a third successive home victory.
The win highlights Cardiff’s growing confidence at the Arms Park, where they now boast three wins from their opening home fixtures this United Rugby Championship season.
“We’ve talked all year about turning this place into our fortress.
"It’s going to be a tough place for anyone to come and play against us at the Arms Park, and that’s a credit to everyone involved.”
He said the result reflected the squad’s mindset and the strong backing from supporters.
Reflecting on the performance in tough, wet conditions, McNally added: “Two of our main focuses are growth and fight.
"We’re sticking to our process, we’re fighting in every contest, and we want to make it difficult for teams to come here.”
He described his pride in the group’s improvement and said the team will now enjoy a short break before preparing for their next block of URC fixtures.
