Australia front row Angus Bell will miss his side's end of the year games following a foot injury.

The 22-year-old initially sustained the injury during the third of the Test series against England in July and was sidelined for most part of the recently concluded Rugby Championship.

Bell made a comeback for the Wallabies during the second Bledisloe Cup Test in Auckland during which he had aggravated the injury.

“That’s the way the cookie crumbles,” Bell said via social media.

“Been an amazing year with some awesome memories, I’ll be back.”

He is now expected to make a return for the Waratahs during the start of 2023 Super Rugby Pacific campaign that kicks-off on 24th February.

Australia will be facing Scotland on 30th October followed by games against France, Italy, Ireland and Wales on 6th, 13, 20th and 27th November respectively.
