Japanese club Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath have confirmed the signing of Wales playmaker Gareth Anscombe.
The 32-year-old was recently part of Welsh province Ospreys but his involvement with the club was limited to just six games due to injuries.
Anscombe, who has featured in 39 Tests for Wales was named in the 43-man World Cup training squad by Warren Gatland.

“It is a great honour coming to play for a team like Sungoliath,” Anscombe said in a statement.
“I can’t wait to get over to Japan and play in front of the fans and experience the Japanese lifestyle and culture.
“I look forward to joining the team later in the year and getting stuck in with the boys.”
