Scarlets sign fly-half Rhys Patchell for next season

Scarlets have signed fly-half Rhys Patchell from Cardiff Blues for next season.

Patchell, 22, is the second new signing by the Scarlets after centre Jonathan Davies also agreed to join the Welsh region for 2016-17.

"Rhys has the ability to make things happen on the field and we are delighted he will be joining us next season," Scarlets general manager of rugby Jon Daniels said.
