Gloucester have announced that hooker Santiago Socino will be leaving the Gallagher Premiership club at the end of the ongoing season.

Socino joined Gloucester in 2020 on a short-term deal and later went on to become an integral part of the club.

He has overall made 60 appearances for the Cherry and Whites and will now be heading to French club Agen ahead of the 2024/25 season.

The 31-year-old started his career with Hull and also represented Hull Ionians, Newcastle Falcons and Jaguares previously.

He made his international debut for Argentina in 2019 and has six Test appearances to his name.

Gloucester are positioned ninth in the Gallagher Premiership table with four wins from 14 matches.
