Saracens prop Ollie Hoskins has officially announced his retirement from professional rugby at the end of the 2024–25 season, concluding a distinguished career that spanned more than a decade across three continents.
The 32-year-old tighthead prop joined Saracens in 2023, following the collapse of London Irish, where he had made over 100 appearances.
Since arriving in North London, Hoskins has featured 16 times for Saracens, contributing his scrummaging power and experience to the forward pack.
Hoskins began his professional journey with the Western Force in Super Rugby, debuting at just 20 years old. In 2016, he made the move to England, signing with London Irish.
There, he played a key role in the club's promotion to the Premiership and helped them achieve strong performances in the European Challenge Cup.
His consistency and work rate eventually earned him an international cap for Australia during the 2021 Autumn Internationals against England.
Reflecting on his career and final chapter in rugby, Hoskins shared his gratitude: "Saracens took me in when the rug was pulled from under me, and for that I’m so thankful. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout my career."
