London Irish have confirmed that nine players are leaving the club following the end of the 2014/15 season with eight on the lookout for new clubs.

Sean Cox has announced his retirement while Guy Armitage, Tomas O'Leary, Dan Leo, Kieran Low, Mike Mayhew, Matt Parr and Eamonn Sheridan have been released along with academy players Ollie Adams, Harry Lightfoot and Cameron Cowell.

"On behalf of all the coaches I would like to thank every player who is leaving for their contributions during their time at the Club, and wish them all the best for the future," Glenn Delaney, Head of Rugby Operations at London Irish, said.

The club have signed Tom Cruse, Ben Franks, Andy Goode, Sean Maitland Brendan McKibbin, Eoin Sheriff, David Sisi, Matt Symons, Asaeli Tikoirotuma, Joe Trayfoot and Dominic Waldouck for the 2015/16 season.

Theo Brophy-Clews, Harry Elrington, Curtis Langdon, Callum Watson and Johnny Williams have been added to Irish's academy for next season.
