Australian coach Michael Cheika said that the Wallabies are relishing to take on the 'Bodyline' approach from England during the upcoming Test series which kicks-off in Brisbane on Saturday.
Jones had repeatedly asked the England team to play with aggression and has also hired the services of former Wallabies assistant coach Glen Ella to help Dylan Hartley's team adopt the attacking-style of play in Australia.
The England squad was also shown the footage of the 1932-33 series where the England cricket team under Douglas Jardine employed the Bodyline approach to claim Ashes victory in Australia.
Cheika said Australia will be up for the challenge and are keen to lock duel with the England team in the upcoming series, even if means physical contact on the field.
"I understand the analogy, but I'm not sure what it means. I don't know if it means head high tackles or if it means aggression," Cheika said.
"If it means aggressive rugby then that's good. That's the game, it's meant to be aggressive.
"It's a contact sport and we love that. Respect to our opponents if they bring it on.
"I've got no….we're up for it….the contact part of the game, the aggression. If that's what it means. I'm sure it's going to be a real ding dong on Saturday.
"I imagine that's what it means because you're not going to come out and do head high tackles. I don't think so at least! I think fair play to them, it's good stuff."
The Australian coach has also named three debutants for the opening game in Brisbane in lock Rory Arnold, centre Samu Kerevi and wing Dane Haylett-Petty while David Pocock and Michael Hooper are present in the back row.
Fly-half Bernard Foley will look to repeat his heroics from the 2015 World Cup against England at number 10 and Christian Leali'ifano has been named in the matchday 23 for the first time since 2014.
