Gloucester prop Jamal Ford-Robinson has been named the Gallagher Community Player of the Month following a public vote.

As the Premiership competition currently on suspension following the pandemic coronavirus, the tournament organisers decided to unveil the Community Player of the Month award for the first time to recognise social contribution in the month of March.

Among the nominations, 12 inspiring stories were shortlisted for a public vote and it was the 26-year-old, who emerged victorious with more than 5000 votes. Ford-Robinson in a motive to up the morale of the people self-produced a series of hilarious and uplifting videos through his social media accounts.
