France head coach Fabien Galthié urged his team to regroup ahead of their Autumn Nations Series match against Fiji, following a 32-17 defeat to South Africa in Paris.
He acknowledged the importance of resilience at this stage of the campaign.
"We have to be able to come through difficult moments," Galthie told reporters on Thursday.
"We have experienced a lot together.
"They are moments that have made us stronger".
Galthié has made six changes to his starting XV for the upcoming match, recalling No. 8 Grégory Alldritt as captain and lock Charles Ollivon, who makes his first appearance since November 2024.
Centre Gaël Fickou has been omitted, and the coach stressed the importance of squad depth and frontline leadership.
"They've been exemplary, for the youngsters who are coming through," Galthie said.
"They've shown how to behave in a squad.
"The team matters more than the individual," he added.
