Exeter Chiefs have confirmed that Paul Brown-Bampoe, one of the breakout stars of the 2024/25 Premiership season, has signed a new contract with the club.

The 23-year-old winger has rapidly established himself as one of the most exciting finishers in English rugby.

In his debut campaign, Brown-Bampoe finished as Exeter’s leading try-scorer, registering 21 tries across all competitions.

From a hat-trick in pre-season to a breathtaking 95-metre try in the Champions Cup, his performances consistently lit up the field.

“I am delighted to be re-signing at Chiefs. It’s an environment that has allowed me to grow both my understanding and passion for the game,” said Brown-Bampoe after putting pen to paper.

His ability to finish, break lines, and apply defensive pressure has made him an indispensable part of the squad.

Exeter’s Director of Rugby Rob Baxter expressed his excitement about securing the young winger’s services for the future:

“It’s fantastic news that Paul has decided to extend his contract with us. He was clearly one of our key performers this season.”

Baxter also hinted at even bigger opportunities ahead:

“He’s a guy with huge potential and one of those players we fully expect to see pushing for international honours very shortly.”
