England lock Joe Launchbury has been cited for a kicking incident involving Fiji centre Asaeli Tikoirotuma in their recent encounter between the two teams at Twickenham on Saturday.

The incident is alleged to have occurred early in the game which England went on to win by 58-15.

The 25-year-old's boot was seen to be making a contact with Tikoirotuma's head at a ruck even though it looked accidental. The low-end sanction for such offence is a suspension of two to four weeks while the mid range and top range sanctions are eight and 12 weeks respectively. The hearing will be conducted on Monday afternoon.

The Wasps captain was instrumental in England's win over Fiji as he contributed with two tries in the 27th and 70th minute of the game.

England are scheduled to take on Argentina next on 26th November and will conclude their autumn internationals with a clash against Australia on 3rd December with both the games scheduled to be played at Twickenham.
