England add Billy Vunipola and Ollie Lawrence to training squad

England head coach Steve Borthwick has included Saracens' Billy Vunipola and Bath centre Ollie Lawrence to the 40-man training squad.

Vunipola and Lawrence have linked up with the squad at the Honda England Rugby Performance Centre following their rehabilitation from their respective knee injuries along with Sale Sharks prop Bevan Rodd.

Meanwhile, Borthwick has left out Gloucester front-row Val Rapoava-Ruskin and Harlequins' Cadan Murley have been dropped from the squad.

England will be facing Wales in a home and an away fixture on 5th and 12th August respectively following which they head to Dublin for a clash against Ireland on 19th August. Borthwick's men will end their preparation for the Rugby World Cup with an encounter against Fiji on 26th August.
