South Africa came up with a four try performance as they sealed a 37-14 win over France at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.

Fly-half Elton Jantjies kicked two penalties in the first quarter to get South Africa off to a six point lead which soon increased to 13 points following a touchdown from Jesse Kriel in the 30th minute.

Henry Chavancy got France off the mark with a 34th minute try and Jules Plisson's conversion brought down the gap between the two teams to six points.

After the first 10 minutes in the second half went without a point, Baptiste Serin scored his first international try for France bring down the trail to two points.

A sin-bin to Brice Dulin changed the complexion of the game as it resulted in a penalty try while Ross Cronje and Jan Serfontein also strolled past the post to complete a 37-14 victory for South Africa.
