Russell's French tussle:

Finn Russell can feel pretty unlucky that he wasn't in the original Lions tour squad to New Zealand, but that just shows how his stock has risen.

Now with the Britsh and Irish Lions, the Glasgow Warrior has been turning heads in southern France, with Top 14's Montpellier Hérault Rugby side interested.

Kriel in demand:

One of the standout performers in the Super Rugby so far this season is Lions and 8 times capped Springbok flanker Jaco Kriel.

There have been reports of the back-rower joining the English premiership elite with Wasps, Bath or Sarries. Although the South African media would have you believe otherwise.

May's move:

Taking part in a successful summer tour to Argentina, along with a try in the first test, England's Jonny May has ended his season on a high.

On the other hand Gloucester's season ended with a disappointing 9th... could this signal a new chapter for May, Leicester and Bath have both been linked.

Eagle to Saint:

The American NFL and Seven's sevens star Nate Ebner is no stranger to the headlines, but this time it's the Aviva Premiershipin the title.

New England Patriots could be loosing their 2 x Super Bowl Champion to the Northampton Saints come the start of the 17/18 season.
