Manchester Rugby Union Varisty at the AJ Bell Stadium

2016 Manchester Rugby Union Varsity, between Manchester Metropolitan and the University of Manchester was held at the AJ Bell Stadium, home of the Sale Sharks.

The game was a cagey affair, but it was Manchester Metropolitan University who have the bragging rights, coming out 10-5 winners for their first varisty victory in over a decade.
