Looseheadz x Talking Rugby Union Podcast - An introduction

Talking Rugby Union is pleased to be teaming up with Looseheadz, a foundation which uses rugby as a platform to help raise awareness for mental health.

Chris Heal hosted the opening podcast and he chatted to Looseheadz co-founders Mark Shotton, Rob Shotton and Dave Nicoll to find out more about the organisation.

This is hopefully the first of many podcasts with Looseheadz and we are hoping to get some special rugby guests involved over the coming weeks and months.
