Hape joins London Irish

England centre Shontayne Hape has joined Aviva Premiership club London Irish, the former Rugby League player for Bradford Bulls has signed a 2 year contract at the Aviva Premiership team. Bath have recently signed Dan Hipkiss so the loss of Hape at the end of the season will soon be boosted by the  coming of the Leicester centre.

Hape has made 8 caps for England and is currently in the first 15 in the centre with Gloucester's Mike Tindall. London Irish are recruiting as powerful center Seilala Mapusua is moving to play his club rugby in Japan.
