Fylde Honoured by Lancashire Rugby Union

Fylde RFC picked up a number of awards at the Lancashire RFU 2014 Annual Dinner at Preston Grasshoppers.

The Club was named 'Senior Club of the Season' following a 3rd place finish in National One in 2013/14.

They also provided the core of the Lancashire squad which won the Bill Beaumont Cup in an exciting final at Twickenham on 1st June.

In that context, Warren Spragg was named 'Senior Player of the Season' and Tom Burtonwood as 'Young Player of the Season'. Additionally, Jordan Dorrington was selected as 'U'20s Player of the Season'. Mark Nelson & Paul Arnold received personal awards for their contribution to the County Championship campaign over various seasons.
