Fly-half Jimmy Gopperth to leave Leicester Tigers at end of season

Leicester Tigers have confirmed that seven players including Jimmy Gopperth will be leaving the club at the end of the ongoing season.

Gopperth joined the Tigers in 2022 from Wasps and has 13 league appearances to his name.

Apart from Gopperth the club also confirmed that Calum Green, who joined the club in 2019 will be leaving having featured for them in last season's Premiership final victory against Saracens.

Fiji winger Kini Murimurivalu, Tonga's Hosea Saumaki, Sean Jansen along with Eli Snyman will be leaving the club while Chris Ashton has announced his decision to retire.

George Loose,Chester Owen and Riley Williams are the players, who will be departing this summer.

Leicester Tigers are at third place in the Gallagher Premiership table with 11 wins from 19 matches.
