England have named an unchanged starting XV for their Nations Championship clash with Argentina, with Jamie George set to captain the side in Santiago del Estero.

England Name Unchanged Team For Argentina

Head coach Steve Borthwick has kept faith with the same starting line-up after England’s 73-8 win over Fiji in Liverpool last weekend.

George will lead the side and is set to win his 113th England cap, moving him into fourth place on the all-time list of most-capped England men’s players. Ellis Genge and Ollie Chessum have been named as vice-captains.

Jamie George Leads England In Santiago

England face Argentina in Santiago del Estero in what is expected to be a hostile atmosphere, with Borthwick saying his players are excited by the challenge of facing Los Pumas away from home.

"We're excited by the challenge of playing Los Pumas in Santiago del Estero," said Borthwick.

"We expect a fantastic atmosphere with passionate home support. It promises to be a great occasion, and one the players are excited to embrace."

The only changes come on the bench, where scrum-half Ben Spencer and uncapped loosehead prop Emmanuel Iyogun have been added to the matchday 23.

England will look to build momentum after ending their losing run against Fiji, while Argentina will aim to use home support to challenge Borthwick’s side in the latest round of the Nations Championship.
