South Africa head coach Rassie Erasmus has added Bulls loose forward Marco van Staden to the training squad ahead of the upcoming Rugby Championship tournament.
The 6 ft flanker has played two Tests for South Africa - both of it coming in 2018 and will now provide injury cover to Siya Kolisi, who sustained a knee injury during his Super Rugby stint.
The Springboks will kick-start their Rugby Championship campaign with a clash against Australia in Johannesburg on 21st July and will lock horns with New Zealand and Argentina on 27th July and 11th August respectively in the final two rounds.
