New Australia coach Ewen McKenzie looks ahead to the 2013 Rugby Championship in this rugby video after naming his squad for the start of the tournament.

He takes over from Robbie Deans, who left his post following the 2-1 defeat to the British & Irish Lions and McKenzie is straight into competitive action when the Wallabies take on New Zealand in the Bledisloe Cup encounter next month.

He has recalled Quade Cooper and handed call-ups to 10 uncapped players as he looks to develop a more expansive playing style for the 1991 and 1999 World Cup champions.

"Quade has come in, Matt Toomua has come in, there's a bunch of guys coming into the squad who are all playmakers, and the way we want to look at playing the game, we want to be able to move the ball around the park," he said.

"You need a good passing game, you need good vision, they're all attributes of the guys we've included in the squad. So there's a bunch of guys who can deliver in that space, so that's what we're going to invest in."
