Bristol Bears have announced that former Worcester Warriors back-three player Noah Heward will join the Gallagher Premiership club on a two-year contract.

Heward had represented England at the Under 18 and Under 20 levels.

A product of Worcester Academy, Heward made his club debut in 2019 and has featured in 23 games scoring six tries.

With the Warriors suspended after entering into administration earlier, the 22-year-old has now followed the likes of forward Joe Batley to Ashton Gate.

“Noah is a talented player who is equally at home at full-back or on the wing," Bristol director of rugby Pat Lam told the club's official website.

“He is a fiercely ambitious young man with a great attitude and willingness to improve, and we’re pleased to be able to offer him this opportunity.”

Meanwhile, Heward expressed his excitement to be part of Bristol Bears.

“I’m really excited to be joining Bristol Bears and I can’t wait to get started. I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited for the future at Ashton Gate.”

Bristol are positioned eighth in the Gallagher Premiership table with two wins from six matches.
