Uncapped Exter Chiefs flanker Don Armand has been included in the 32-man England squad that will compete in a two-match Test series against Argentina next month.

Zimbabwe born Armand joined Exeter Chiefs in 2013 from Super Rugby side Stormers and was named the man of the match in the final against Wasps where the Sandy Park outfit registered their maiden Aviva Premiership title with a 20-23 victory at Twickenham.

Also included in the squad is Newcastle Falcons' Mark Wilson, who had an impressive outing coming off the bench during the game against Barbarians which England went on to win 28-14.

The duo will replace Tom Wood and James Haskell in the squad that was originally picked to face the Pumas.

Wood was red-carded while playing for his club Northampton Saints in the European Champions Cup qualification play-off final against Stade Francais and is set to appear before a disciplinary panel later this week while Haskell has joined the British and Irish Lions squad after Billy Vunipola decided to pull out of the tour due to a shoulder discomfort.

Sale Sharks wing Denny Solomona will be assessed on Monday following a foot injury that he sustained during the training camp in Brighton with Marland Yarde called up as a cover while Alex Lozowski and Sam Underhill have been retained despite them sustaining injuries during the game against Barbarians.

Jones said: "I'm really excited about this Test series in Argentina. It is a big opportunity for this group and we are going out there to win 2-0.

"The players who have been in camp over the last few weeks have done extremely well and the win against a Barbarians team full of top internationals (on Sunday) is testament to the hard work they have put in.

"We are looking forward to a good week of preparation in London before we depart this weekend."

England's tour of Argentina will kick-off with the first Test scheduled on 10th June and will be followed by the second game on 17th June.
