Dragons have secured the signing of Leicester Tigers wing Jordan Olowofela on a season long deal.

A product of the Tigers Academy, Olowofela made his debut for the senior side in 2017 and has gone on to make 41 appearances for the club. He went on to have a loan stint with Western Force in 2021 playing 10 times for them.

A former England Under 20 international, Olowofela was invited by England coach Eddie Jones to the training squad in 2018 but did not make any Test appearance.

“I would like to thank Leicester and the Dragons for their support of me to come here this season," he told the club's official website.

“It’s a great opportunity for me to develop my game further and I can‘t wait to get started and wear that Dragons jersey."

Dragons director of rugby Dean Ryan welcomed Olowofela to the club.

“We believe that Jordan can not only continue his development but also contribute to our environment and we would like to thank Leicester for working with us on this occasion.

“He is a different option for us in the back three and we all look forward to working with him.”
