Wales have made four changes to the starting line up for the deciding game in the ongoing World Cup against Australia.

With Donna Rose serving suspension, Cerys Hale returns at front row while Alex Callender retuns at back row pushing Gwenn Crabb to lock and Bethan Lewis to blindside.

As Siwan Lillicrap is set to win her 50th cap from the bench, Hannah Jones leads the side. Niamh Terry starts at fullback over Kayleigh Powell and Carys Williams-Morris will make her first appearance in the ongoing World Cup at midfield.

With both Australia and Wales struck at four points, the winner of the encounter will join New Zealand to the quarter-finals as the second best team in the group. The loser will also be in with a chance as two third-place teams in the three groups will also be reaching the next stage.
