Edinburgh have confirmed forward Cameron Fenton has penned a one year deal with the Pro 14 club.
The 21-year-old made his professional rugby debut with Glasgow Warriors in 2014 and joined London Scottish on loan as a part of the performance partnership with the Scottish Rugby Union in mid 2016.
Edinburgh head coach Richard Cockerill said he was impressed with Fenton during the trial period.
"Cammy has shown during his short spell with the club that he is able to perform at a high level.
"He's a talented young Scottish player so it's good to have him on board for the rest of the season."
Edinburgh are set to host Benetton Treviso in their next fixture at Myreside on Friday.
