After the disappointment of last week’s cup exit Tarleton Seconds resumed their league campaign with a home fixture against Fylde RUFC.

Tarleton Seconds travelled to Ormskirk for a cup match on Saturday. Having beaten them in the league in two close encounters Tarleton were in confident mood when they took the pitch.

Tarleton First XV were up against Workington RUFC on Saturday, a team they had lost to away earlier in the season.

Tarleton had one of those weekends that all clubs go through from time to time with a weekend that ended up with no senior rugby being played to completion.

Tarleton were up against Littleborough RUFC this week and were looking to avenge a 22-5 away defeat earlier in the season.

Tarleton Second XV opened their 2014 fixtures with a home game against Bolton RUFC, the only team to have beaten them this season.
