Premiership Rugby has unveiled the fixtures for the upcoming 2023/24 season that will kick off on 13th October.

The delayed start this season will be due to the Rugby World Cup scheduled in France later this year.

The opening game of the tournament will see Bristol Bears hosting Leicester Tigers with Saracens starting their title defence with an away game against Exeter in the following day.

While Bath and Gloucester have home games against Newcastle and Harlequins respectively, the opening round will conclude with Sale Sharks hosting Northampton on 15th October.

The final of the tournament will take place on 8th June at Twickenham Stadium.

The organisers also announced that the season will pause following the conclusion of the 12th round from 28th January to 22nd March to allow the clubs to minimize the loss of international players due to Six Nations tournament.

"A lot of work has gone into optimising the 2023-24 calendar to make sure that Premiership Rugby is the beating heart of the English game," Rob Calder, chief growth officer at Premiership Rugby, said in a statement.

"And we are thrilled that supporters of every club will be able to enjoy a home fixture within the opening two rounds of the season as well as spend Christmas together as families at a game."

Widely regarded as the most competitive rugby union league in the world...it can only be the Gallagher Premiership.

The division is becoming more and more exciting as each year passes by so who will be lifting silverware at Twickenham in May?
