Bath Rugby have announced that Orlando Bailey and Max Ojomoh have signed two-year contract extension with the Gallagher Premiership club.

Products of the club's pathway, both the players become the latest local talent to graduate from Senior Academy to the Senior Squad.

Bailey made his professional rugby debut with Bath in 2020 and was part of the England Under 20 side that clinched the title in 2021. He was also called up to the England's Six Nations squad in 2022 but was pulled out after he sustained a hamstring injury during a training session.

Meanwhile, Ojomoh made his Bath debut in April 2021 in an away game against Zebre. He also had represented England at Under 18 and Under 20 levels.

“To have two young, talented pathway players commit their future to the club is extremely significant," said director of rugby Stuart Hooper to the club's official website.

“Orlando and Max have both been given their opportunity over the past year and have taken it with both hands. Their work ethic has been incredible, their attitude has been exemplary, and they have pushed hard for selection every week.

"That is a credit not only to them but to the pathway coaches who have helped develop them to this stage of their career.

“They have both been involved in international camps and have proved their worth. We are thoroughly looking forward to them continuing their journey in Blue, Black and White.”

Bath are currently languishing at the bottom of the Six Nations table with two wins from 15 games.
